This is an opportunity for an experienced, professional part-time front of house supervisor for the newly opened Neeld community and arts centre in Chippenham.
The exciting arts centre was recently opened by GBBO’s Mel Giedroyc following a £685, 000 improvement scheme. It now offers a high-quality, flexible venue for professional shows, corporate and private functions and community events and activities.
Our aim is to position the Neeld as a premier venue for Chippenham and the surrounding areas, a quality destination for residents and visitors and to put it on the cultural map regionally and, ultimately, nationally.
The overall aim of the job is:
- To provide a full efficient and professional Front of House service to all users of the Neeld community and arts centre: hirers, promoters, artists and the public.
- To be in charge of crowd management during events and performances
- To ensure that the front of house team (stewards) is properly trained to all fire regulations and health & safety policies throughout the premises.
