Christmas Festival Melbourne

By entering the competition, you agree to the following conditions:

1. The promoter is Melbourne City Council (City of Melbourne), ABN 55 370 219 287, Town Hall, 120 Swanston Street, Melbourne VIC 3000
2. That you are not:
   a) an employee or contractor of the City of Melbourne
   b) an employee or associated with companies involved in this competition (including suppliers of the prizes)
3. One winner will be chosen by the City of Melbourne at its sole discretion and this decision will be final. Only correct answers will be considered.
4. The prize is valued at more than $600 and consists of:

• a night’s stay in a two-bedroom suite at Hilton Melbourne South Wharf for two adults and two children, including a buffet breakfast.

5. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The winner must abide by any conditions imposed by the supplier of the prize. The City of Melbourne is not liable for any change in the prize or drop in value of the prize.
6. Entries are limited to one per person and if someone enters more than once, the City of Melbourne may disqualify all entries of that person.
7. Entrants must enter under their own name and provide a contact telephone number.
8. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
9. Winners will be notified by telephone or email between Sunday 27 December 2015 and Tuesday 5 January 2016. Only entrants who give the correct answer to the question, “How many Christmas Crackers can be found in the Melbourne Christmas Festival Event & Gift Guide 2015” will be eligible for a random draw for the prize. If the winner does not respond within these dates, the City of Melbourne reserves the right to reallocate the prize.
10. The City of Melbourne will provide the winner’s details to Hilton Melbourne South Wharf who will forward information on how to claim the prize.
11. The City of Melbourne is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to, direct or consequential loss as a result of participating in the competition, or in connection with the redemption of and or use of any prizes.
12. All entries become the property of the City of Melbourne and you consent to the City of Melbourne reproducing and using your entry at its sole discretion including publishing the winner’s name on social media sites.
