Belfast Tickets

The SSE Arena, Belfast is located on the east side of the river Lagan in Belfast, in the Laganside development.

Getting there:

BY CAR: An electronic messaging system will regularly direct and update drivers with all necessary information.

BY COACH: There is a coach drop off point immediately outside The SSE Arena, Belfast and a limited on-site coach park.

BY TRAIN: The Arena is located 10minutes from the Central Station.

Parking

1500 spaces are available, those closest to the Arena are reserved for vehicles showing the disabled driver badge.

Public Transportation
Translink's Metro Service 26, 26a & 26b leave Belfast City Centre at Donegall Square West and makes a stop outside the Odyssey Pavilion. The Airport Express 600 to George Best City Airport departing from Europa Bus Station also stops at The SSE Arena, Belfast.

Sundays and Holidays: Closed except on event days.

Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard & Maestro

Box Office Collection Accepted

Can be collected on or before the day of the event. The credit card holder MUST collect and sign for the tickets in person, and present both the card and Ticketmaster reference number. Letters of authorisation are NOT accepted under any circumstances.

Any person collecting a ticket from The SSE Arena, Belfast Box Office must present:

1/ The card used to make the purchase

OR if this is not possible.

2/ Valid government issued photo ID eg Driving License or Passport

Failure to present staff with either of the above will mean that tickets will NOT be issued

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Accessible Seating

All main entrances to the building are accessible via flat or gently sloping pathways. Vertical access is provided principally by 3 twelve person lifts. The seating is contiguous, however as availability is limited these spaces are for one wheelchair user and one companion only to allow other wheelchair users access to these sections

General Rules

* Food and drink is NOT allowed to be brought into the venue.
* The arena sells a variety of snack foods and confectionary and hot and cold drinks.
* Food may be taken into the arena while patrons enjoy the game/event.
* There is a fully licensed bar and the food outlets have a limited/occasional license depending on the nature of the event.
