CARMEL ON CANVAS PLEIN AIR PAINT OUT - SEPTEMBER 18-20
Carmel on Canvas Plein Air Paint Out provides artists with 3 days of plein air painting in the Carmel Arts & Design District. There are 3 divisions; professional, nonprofessional, and student. There will be a total of $10, 000 in awards.

The Paint Out will conclude on Sunday with a Quick Paint for artists ages 13 and older with awards totaling $1, 000.

Fri. Sept. 18 – Registration and Plein Air Painting
Sat. Sept. 19 – Registration, Plein Air Painting, Children’s Art Activities and Awards Reception
Sun. Sept. 20 – Quick Paint Awards

ENTRY FEES & AWARDS
Professional Division Paint Out Fee is $40 for preregistration.
$50 for day of event.
1st Prize - $5, 000
2nd Prize - $3, 000
3rd Prize - $1, 500
10 Merit Awards - $100 each

Nonprofessional Division
Paint Out Fee is $20 for preregistration.
$25 for day of the event.
1st Prize - $200
2nd Prize - $100
4 Merit Awards - $50 each

Teen Division (13 - 18) Fee $10
Children under 13 can participate with adult supervision.
1st Prize - $100
2nd Prize - $75
3rd Prize - $50

Quick Paint Fee - $10
