The upcoming 2015 Melbourne Food and Wine Festival offers visitors two fun-filled weeks of food and wine tastings, culinary demonstrations, music and family-friendly events with some of the most talented chefs around the globe.
For the first-time ever the festival will feature the participation of acclaimed New York chef Dan Barber, along with Australian pastry master Adriano Zumbo, world-famous baker Dean Brettschneider, Italy's Lorenzo Cogo, Ryan Clift from Singapore, South Carolina pit master Rodney Scott, Asia's Best Pastry Chef Janice Wong and Ruth Rogers from London's iconic River Café.
One of the highlights of the festival are the Acqua Panna Perfect Match events, a series of food and wine pairings featuring everything from burgers and seafood to Korean dishes and Indian spices, and the Acqua Panna Global Wine Experience, tastings of Old and New World wines held by leading Australian sommeliers.
Other can't miss events include the Global Chef & Wine Dinners in which guests chef take over a popular Melbourne restaurant for a night to treat guests to an exciting dining experience.
