Near us:

We are located a short walk from the Errol Street café precinct, a popular weekend brunch spot and a great source of general amenities for guests of the hotel (Errol Street also has a supermarket, banks, a chemist and a convenience store). Trams runs along Errol Street and turn into Victoria Street going to the Queen Victoria Market and then the city centre.

Melbourne’s iconic Queen Victoria Market is a great place to shop for clothes, souvenirs and produce, or just to grab a meal. Open five days a week the market often also hosts a range of food trucks (especially on weekends) and during the summer there is a Night Market on Wednesdays featuring food and live music.

If you are attending Melbourne for music or a sporting event, we are walking distance to Etihad Stadium (right near Southern Cross Station) and Festival Hall.

We are also walking distance to the increasingly-popular Docklands area, which features a massive range of restaurants and bars, as well as shopping (including Harbourtown and Costco) and the Icehouse Skate Centre.

The nearby #55 tram along Peel Street also takes you right to the Melbourne Zoo near Royal Park and the State Netball/Hockey Centre.

The Miami Hotel is a short tram trip or a 15-20 minute walk into the city centre. The #57 tram from Errol Street also takes you right to Flinders Street Station at Elizabeth Street – walk under the station and over a footbridge and you’re in Southbank.

Southbank Promenade stretches along the south side of the Yarra River from the popular Southgate shopping and dining complex to Crown casino and the Melbourne Exhibition Centre, offering pedestrians a spectacular view of the city. For a different view, the awe-inspiring Eureka Tower is also located at Southbank which displays the breathtaking cityscape from its Level 88 observation deck. Southbank also hosts the Arts Precinct of Melbourne, including the Arts Centre, Hamer Hall, and the National Gallery of Victoria.
