Parking
Limited on street parking is available in the West Melbourne/ North Melbourne area. Telstra Dome, New Quay Docklands and 83 Batman Street paid car parks are also in close proximity to the hall.Additional paid car parks are available but have restricted opening hours -
185 Rosslyn Street is open until 9pm on weekdays.
94 Batman Street until 11pm on weekdays and at the corner of Latrobe and Spencer Streets until 10pm every day.
Public Transportation
Tram: Routes 24, 30, 34, 70 and the City Circle stop at the corner of Latrobe & Spencer Streets. Festival Hall is a 5 minute walk along Spencer Street away from the city and left into Dudley Street.
Train: Spencer Street Station - 10 minute walk. Walk away from Southbank along Spencer Street and turn left into Dudley Street.
Bus: Route 220 runs along Dudley Street, use stop number 5.
Taxi: Drop off and pick up can be made in Rosslyn Street or Spencer Street. A taxi rank is also located at Spencer Street Station.
Box Office Numbers
***** Prepaid Ticketmaster Ticket Collections ****Tickets will be available for collection from 288 Rosslyn Street behind Festival Hall, 1 hour prior to the event. The event night is the only time pre-paid tickets can be collected!
The Dudley Street Box Office is located at the Front of Festival Hall near the cloak room and the door 12.

Tickets can be purchased from 288 Rosslyn Street, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4.30pm. 1 hour prior to doors on event nights, cash only tickets are sold from the Box Office on Dudley Street- subject to availability.Types of Payment Accepted

Patrons with disabilities and their carers should contact Festival Hall Box Office directly to purchase tickets to all Festival Hall events on (03) 9329 9699.Guests accompanying disabled patrons should also speak to Festival Hall management before buying tickets.
Unfortunately there is no disabled parking; patrons can be dropped off at the corner of Dudley and Adderley Streets and proceed to Door B on Dudley Street.

Cloak RoomThe cloak room on Dudley Street charges $2 per item.
Conditions of Entry for Ticket Holders
To licensed area must be over 18 & present 1 of the 5 legally accredited proof of age photo ID Cards at the door to be admitted. No ID, no entry, no exchange, no refund. No passouts, videos, cameras, alcohol, cans, bottles, recorders. lazers, studded belts or weapons. Patrons may be searched on entry. Moshing is a dangerous practice. Stage Diving is prohibited.

Patrons must enter via the door number stated on their ticket.
ATM
Festival Hall does not have an ATM or EFTPOS facilities. There are two ATMs nearby: The ATM in the foyer of 83 Batman Street (entry via Spencer Street) can be accessed until midnight Monday to Friday. The Hotel on the corner of Spencer and Rosslyn Streets has an ATM. The hotel operating hours are Monday to Thursday until 11.30pm, Friday/Saturday nights until 12.30pm and Sunday until approximately midnight.
Patron Drop-off and Pickup Location on Event Days
Patrons should not make arrangements to be dropped off or collected on Dudley Street or Rosslyn Street, directly behind Festival Hall- this is due to road closure and safety issues.
Patrons should be dropped off and collected from the corner of Rosslyn Street and Adderley Street or further down either street away from the hall.
