Filmmakers, get ready! The time has come. The topic for the School Film Festival 2016 has been chosen and this is your chance to get creative.
The theme for 2016 is:
When I grow up...
Every one of you has probably at some point in your life thought about what you want to do when you grow up. Vet, scientist, chef or something completely different? Give us an insight into your hopes and dreams for your future. What do you want to do when you grow up? Where could your German take you once you have finished school? What does your future hold?
Task
- Production of a short feature film, animation or cartoon film in German
- Maximum length: 4 minutes
- Language: German only
- Creative interpretation of the topic
Criteria
- Extent, content and suitability of language used
- Cohesion of the storyline
- Technical quality
- Dialogues must be original, not dubbed
- No more than 3 entries per school
Age groups:
Early years: students in Years 3 to 6
Middle years: students in Years 7 to 9
Later years: students in Years 10 to 12
